NEW CUMBERLAND – Hancock County voters overwhelmingly showed their support for two levies as part of Tuesday’s election. According to unofficial results, the county’s new levy in support of the Hancock County Animal Shelter received an approval from 68.55 percent of the voters, with 2,955 voting for the levy and 1,356 voting against. LISBON —Former East Liverpool City Health District food service inspector Alan Masters is scheduled to face a jury trial at 9 a.m. Nov. 3 for allegedly falsifying food inspection reports.
