Crowns and Cupcakes
The area in front of the fireplace inside Chester City Park’s Badgley Pavilion was transformed into Belle’s sitting room complete with the chair, where she later posed for photos with visiting princesses, and an easel displaying a sample of the completed paint-and-sip final product.
