WLC Club The WLC Club met on April 21 at the Living Well Church, with leader Mary Jarvis opening the meeting with the pledge and Connie Hissam leading group in prayer. Jarvis took roll call. Gladys Buzzard was the best loser and she also wore the officers ribbon. Buzzard also had three weeks in a row weight loss. Nancy Hart won the dimes and Barb Tranter won the 50/50 drawing. Knights, Quests and Campfires await at Hancock County 4-H Camp 2026

NEW CUMBERLAND – Youth across the region are invited to step into a world of adventure, leadership and fun at the 2026 Hancock County 4-H Camp, themed “Knights of the Five Kingdoms.” This year’s medieval-inspired overnight camp will take place June 22–26 at Tomlinson Run State Park. Campers will spend five days immersed in a kingdom of their own, building friendships, learning new skills and experiencing the magic of the outdoors. Holborn Herb Growers Guild’s 2026 Herb & Plant Sale

The Holborn Herb Growers Guild’s 2026 Herb & Plant Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9 at the Floral Building #44 of the Canfield Fairgrounds located on state Route 46 Columbiana Canfield Road Gate 5 entrance (across from the Ohio State High Patrol Canfield post).
