SR 558 closure will be during daytime hours only

State Route 558 will close from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 27 through 31 between Signal and Kirk roads for a culvert replacement. The detour is state Route 164 south to state Route 517 east, state Route 517 east back to state Route 558, and reverse.

EAST LIVERPOOL — City council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. today in council chambers to amend the budget ordinance, authorize the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to manage the trail project, authorize repairs to state Route 39 water line crossover and consider legislation for business to provide Knox boxes for the fire department.
