Bovine Emergency Response Plan (BERP) Bovine Emergency Response Plan (BERP) training will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Columbiana County Extension Office, 7989 Dickey Drive, Lisbon (group will travel to farm for hands-on portions of training).
