SALEM - Members of the community can learn tips and techniques for heart-healthy cooking during a free seminar hosted by Salem Regional Medical Center (SRMC) 7-8 p.m. May 9 in the hospital's cafeteria.Maureen DiMargio, SRMC registered dietetic technician, and Terry Weaver, SRMC Food and Nutrition Services coordinator, will provide a cooking demonstration at the event.Attendees will be able to sample the prepared dish and receive a copy of the recipe.
