EAST LIVERPOOL - A new taxi cab company opened its doors overnight April 29, and the owners of City Cab, 1805 Lisbon St., said they expect to offer quick service around the clock.Partners William Reynolds, Daniel Gallagher and Amber Gallagher joined forces at the hilltop location in Pleasant Heights after Reynolds' research showed people feel the need for faster response time when they call for transportation.Reynolds said of 100 people he polled, the majority said a second cab company in the city would be a good idea due to the wait time for getting a cab.He said City Cab will try to ...
