COLUMBIANA — The Columbiana County Port Authority (CCPA), in partnership with the Columbiana County Health District (CCHD), will host an educational session to help residents better understand the results of laboratory testing conducted through the Expanded Potable Water Sampling Program. Canfield Fair adds local artist to entertainment lineup

CANFIELD (WKBN) – A Valley artist has been added to the Canfield Fair entertainment lineup. Candace Campana has been added to the Labor Day show, scheduled for Monday, Sept. 7. Campana will take the stage before The Clarks and Donnie Iris and the Cruisers. The evening will conclude at about 9 p.m. with a fireworks finale presented by Phantom Fireworks. ELFD raising funds for breast cancer through T-shirt sales

EAST LIVERPOOL — After about a three-year absence, the East Liverpool Fire Department has brought back its Fire Department Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. The shirts and hoodies are only available for purchase for a limited time, and the proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated to local breast cancer organizations. Court News LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of having sexual contact with a child, starting when the child was 6 and continuing until the child was 15 years old, was sentenced to 36 months in prison. Shawn M. McKinnon, 31, Minerva Street, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. Seven counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition and one count of fourth-degree felony gross sexual imposition will be dismissed. McKinnon received credit for one day served.
