EAST LIVERPOOL – East Liverpool schools are off to a great start, according to the superintendent. Three juveniles detained after shooting incident near Canfield Fairgrounds

CANFIELD (WKBN) – Three juvenile males from Warren have been taken into custody following a shooting incident that happened near the Canfield Fairgrounds on Fairground Boulevard Sunday night.
