YSU standout heads to Liberty BELOIT — West Branch High School graduate and former Youngstown State women’s basketball standout Sophia Gregory is headed to Conference USA. The reigning Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year who entered the transfer portal following her sophomore YSU season will join the Liberty University Flames. UNITY — Two days after losing 12-1 to East Palestine, Lisbon turned it around and won 12-0 in six innings on Wednesday against the Bulldogs at Ace of Diamonds. Kamryn Peruchetti had three hits including a double with four RBIs for Lisbon. Lexi Roush added three hits including a double and three RBIs.
