Kirby placed fourth at the St. Clairsville Division III district track and field meet, clearing 4-foot-10. ANDOVER — Southern senior Maddy Jones and United sophomore Taylor Simmons are aiming for more than a district championship. Both won events at the Pymatuning Valley Division IV district track and field meet Wednesday.
