Dear Editor:Reading the headline article of the Friday, May 13th edition of The Review I was throughly impressed with the swift and decisive actions of Columbiana County Judge Chris Amato by his substantially increasing the bonds of two individuals that were charged with absolutely senseless crimes. One was for the recent random drive by shooting in Wellsville where this defendant shot up the car of a mother letting her daughter out to attend a birthday party - neither knew the other. Dear Editor:Something incredible is happening in our small town that's very encouraging and needs to be shared.Two years ago, the city hired a new health commissioner, Carol Cowan, to take the reins in promoting healthy living in our valley. The first amendment reads "Congress shall make no laws regarding an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise theory."Our nation was founded on freedom and religion.
