Appreciation for a controlled burn
Big thank you to the Salineville Fire Department for handling the controlled burn on our property (recently).
The house had been abandoned for years and had turned into a real eyesore, so seeing it finally taken care of — and in a way that benefits training and the community.
It’s not every day you watch a house go up in flames on purpose, but knowing it was done safely, professionally, and for a good cause made all the difference.
We truly appreciate the time, coordination, and hard work that went into making sure everything went smoothly. Grateful to have a department like this looking out for our community.
