She was born July 27, 1938 in East Liverpool, OH, the daughter of the late John Robert “Bob” and Sara Ruth (Bowen) Haney. In addition to her parents, Jessie was preceded in death on January 19, 1996, by her husband, Kenneth E. Broadbent, whom she married October 31, 1959.
