Charlie Reeder

Charlie Reeder, 71, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away June 22, 2022. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on August 4, 1950, the son of the late Charles and Nora (Philanbaum) Reeder. Charlie graduated from East Liverpool High School and he was a self-employed Car Dealer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, George Reeder and a sister, Nora Cross. CHESTER — Martha E. Thomas, 83, of Chester died Wednesday at Weirton Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Born Aug. 23, 1938, in Steubenville, she was the daughter of Clyde and Marie Wolfe Eddy. Martha is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel. 6/23/22
