Heather Hackathorn, 38, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, July 18, 2022. She was born July 20, 1983, in East Liverpool, a daughter of Virginia (Dalrymple) Lockhart, of East Liverpool, and the Late Harry Lockhart. She was preceded in death by a son Jayce Hackathorn. Besides her Mother, she is survived by her husband, Jay Hackathorn, of Wellsville, two sons, Damian Hackathorn and Henry Hackathorn and a daughter Irean Hackathorn, all of Wellsville; a half-sister, Jennifer (Roger) Szczepura II of Rochester.
