Heather Hackathorn, 38, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, July 18, 2022.
She was born July 20, 1983, in East Liverpool, a daughter of Virginia (Dalrymple) Lockhart, of East Liverpool, and the Late Harry Lockhart. She was preceded in death by a son Jayce Hackathorn.
Besides her Mother, she is survived by her husband, Jay Hackathorn, of Wellsville, two sons, Damian Hackathorn and Henry Hackathorn and a daughter Irean Hackathorn, all of Wellsville; a half-sister, Jennifer (Roger) Szczepura II of Rochester.
Heather was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, she loved the outdoors,, she enjoyed crocheting and her family was the love of her life.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 23, from 5 pm to time of service at 7 pm at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Nixon Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
