He was retired from Weirton Steel. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Irene Lorello, Mary Frame, and Nora Jane Thornberry; and three brothers, James, Marlin and Alan Miller. Born August 3, 1945 in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Etheleen (Fryatt) Elliott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Smith; a daughter, Beth Cupp; a brother, Charles Elliott and a sister, Winifred Dailey. Robert “Bob” Melott Jr., 58, of East Palestine, passed away September 15, 2022. Born September 20, 1963 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Betty (Wyke) Melott and Roy Adkins. Bob was formerly employed at Sea Forth Chemical Plant. He was a member of the Potters Club and an avid Cleveland Browns Fan.
