Kathleen Owen, 77, of Chester died Wednesday at Stone Pear Pavilion in Chester. Born Jan. 7, 1945, in Georgetown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late William E. and Dorothy Edmunds Cromer. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
