1944-2026 EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio — Linda M. Hoppel, 81, of East Liverpool, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Crossroads at Beaver Creek. Linda was born in East Liverpool on Sept. 18, 1944, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Ruth B. (VanDyke) Barnes. She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1962.
