1959-2023 Patricia J. “Patty” Russell, 63, of Youngstown, passed away, Friday, January 27, 2023, at her residence, following a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Born, on August 10, 1959, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Beverly Russell. Patty was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1977.
