1967-2023 Anita L. Phillips, 55, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away Feb 6, 2023, Born November 1, 1967, in Weirton, WV, she was the daughter of Virginia (Boyer) Lang of East Liverpool, Ohio, and the late Rudy Lang. Anita graduated in 1986 from Beaver Local High School, she was a bartender for East Liverpool VFW. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brittani Phillips; a sister; Annette Dixon; and two brothers, Todd Lang and John Webber. Along with her mother, surviving are two sons, Bob Headley of Calcutta and Luke Montgomery of East Liverpool.one ...
