Anita L. Phillips

Anita L. Phillips, 55, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away Feb 6, 2023,

Born November 1, 1967, in Weirton, WV, she was the daughter of Virginia (Boyer) Lang of East Liverpool, Ohio, and the late Rudy Lang.

Anita graduated in 1986 from Beaver Local High School, she was a bartender for East Liverpool VFW.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brittani Phillips; a sister; Annette Dixon; and two brothers, Todd Lang and John Webber.

Along with her mother, surviving are two sons, Bob Headley of Calcutta and Luke Montgomery of East Liverpool.one grandchild, Eli Cutlip, two brothers, Brock Lang of Empire and Chad Lang of Colorado.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 10, 2023, from 4pm until time of services at 7:00 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.

Memorial donations may be made to the Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
