Thomas Leroy ‘Tom’ Shafer

LISBON — Thomas Leroy “Tom” Shafer, 73, of Lisbon, died Saturday. He was born Aug. 28, 1952, in Salem, the son of the late Thomas and Flora (Ross) Shafer. Roberts Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
