Hayden Coil
2006-2025
We come together with heavy hearts to celebrate the vibrant life of Hayden Alfred Coil, who left us far too soon at the young age of 19 on Friday, October 3, 2025, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Born on September 22, 2006, Hayden was a treasured son to Shelly Call Coil of Wellsville and Gary (Alyssa) Coil of East Liverpool.
He attended East Liverpool High School, he brought joy and warmth to his role in the Dietary Department at The Orchards, where he became a beloved friend to many residents. With his kind spirit and genuine empathy, Hayden forged deep connections that felt like family, and his gentle nature truly transformed the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Hayden embraced life’s simple joys, thriving on his passions for video games and the creative art of crocheting “woobles.” He cherished long, thoughtful walks, often alongside his dear friend, Mawce Plant, with whom he shared numerous adventures filled with laughter and an unbreakable bond. Those lucky enough to know Hayden will remember his humility, warmth, and quiet strength. He carried a peaceful spirit and was always ready to offer kindness, nurturing those around him with unwavering support and love.
His loving parents, along with his brothers, Daniel Coil and Gary Coil III, and his maternal and paternal grandparents, Walter and Debbie Call, Gary and Michelle Coil, will deeply cherish his memory.
He is also lovingly remembered by his beloved dog, Scarlett “Homie,” his niece, Jasmine, his great-grandmother, Barb Coil; great-grandparents, Patrick and Patricia Duffield; aunts Tara Perfetto, Lisa Birch, Erica and Jessica Coil, uncles, Corbin Call Joseph and Joshua Coil, and a host of cousins with whom he shared a special bond.
Hayden is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Alfred Alvin Coil, uncles Henry “Joe” Coil and Walter W. Call Jr., and great-grandparents Corben and Alice Jane Call.
We invite you to celebrate Hayden’s extraordinary life on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Arner Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. Friends and family are warmly welcome to visit and share their memories with his loved ones two hours prior, from noon to 2 p.m.. Pastor Dirk Hall will graciously officiate this heartfelt gathering, honoring a life that was truly filled with compassion, love, and joy.
