Grand Jury LISBON — A Wellsville man who was serving time in the Columbiana County jail for drug paraphernalia charges is now facing a deadly weapon charge for allegedly possessing a cane with a concealed blade while in custody. Bradley Cianni, 39, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was served recently with a secret indictment for possession of a deadly weapon while under detention, a fifth-degree felony for allegedly possessing the cane with the blade on April 23.
