Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool man faces felony charges following a brief standoff with law enforcement in St. Clair Township on Thursday. A preliminary hearing was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court July 3 for Gregory Dailey, 37, Bates Street, charged with felony-five obstructing official business and misdemeanor aggravated menacing and drug paraphernalia.
