Liverpool Township
-- An unnamed female who was cited for driving under suspension following a June 12 traffic stop on state route 11 was advised to call someone to come get her and her child and their belongings from the vehicle because the vehicle would be impounded.
--An unnamed male was taken to jail for an outstanding warrant and a citation for no driver's license, (fourth offense), illegal plates and plate obstruction following a June 12 traffic stop on Cyrus Street. The driver, who only had a permanent ID and 12 open driving suspensions, was taken to jail on his warrant with a mandatory court date. The vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.
--An officer arrived on the scene of a single car rollover on state Route 7 on June 13 and found East Liverpool police officers on the scene assisting the passengers. Two adult female passengers and one 3-year-old child were transported by EMS to the hospital. The vehicle was recovered and towed by First Class Towing.
--James Adams, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for no license and no plates following a June 14 traffic stop on state Route 7. Adams stated he was stopped in Lisbon two weeks prior for the same thing. The vehicle was impounded.
--Jeremy Gardner, age and address not provided, was issued a citation for fictitious plates on his vehicle following a June 14 traffic stop on state Route 7. The officer told him he was stopped for not having a plate, and Gardner said the plate was in the back window and must have fallen. He found the plate which the officer ran, and it came back as a dead plate from a different vehicle. The vehicle was impounded.
--An unnamed driver who was found have a suspended license and was under a failure to reinstate suspension and failed to show proof of insurance was given citations for driving under suspension and fictitious plates following a June 14 traffic stop on Anderson Boulevard. The vehicle was impounded.
--A male driver was issued a citation and a court date for expired plates and a warning for the plates not matching the vehicle following a June 14 traffic stop on state Route 7. The vehicle was towed by First Class Towing.
Highway Patrol
-- Colton Merrill, of Columbia Street in Leetonia, was cited at 3:05 p.m. June 11 in Fairfield Township, after striking a vehicle driven by Jamie Lee Davis, of state Route 558, on state Route 558, at a stop sign from behind
-- Joseph Yohman, of Edinburg, Pa. was cited at 11:55 a.m. June 13 in Unity Township for failure to control, after traveling off the right side of state Route 558 while traveling eastbound and striking a guardrail.
-- Tina Vaughn, of Old Route 344 in Leetonia, was cited at 8:13 p.m. June 12 in Salem Township for failure to control, after traveling off the right side of the road while traveling southbound and overturning.
-- Liam McLaughlin, of New Middletown, was cited at 10:47 p.m. June 16 in Fairfield Township for a stop sign violation, after striking a vehicle driven by Ashton Dattilio, of Linda Way in New Waterford, after failing to yield to her vehicle at a stop sign near the intersection of Signal and Crestview roads.
-- Weston Hunt, of state Route 45 in Lisbon, was cited at 5:05 p.m. June 17 in Fairfield Township, after a two-vehicle accident. Hunt was eastbound on state Route 558, and Christie Crawford, of Maple Street in Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 164. Hunt drove off the right side of the road, resulting in Crawford driving off the left side of the road and striking a pole.
St. Clair Township
-- A male spoke to officers at Coach's Burger Bar on June 12 who told them that another male who he has problems with was there and started to yell at him. He said that the male who was escorted out of the bar to his vehicle said multiple times that he was going to get a gun and kill him. Statements left with the male who wanted to file a report weren't as of two days after the report returned to the police department.
-- Officers spoke to a female at a Calcutta Smith Ferry Road residence on June 12 who told them that she and her husband are legally separated but had been communicating all evening by phone. The husband then showed up at the residence while she was entertaining a male guest. Officers told the husband he had to leave the residence because he does not live there anymore, and the female could have anyone she wanted there. The male left after being told not to return or contact the female by phone.
-- A male driver was issued a verbal warning following a June 12 traffic stop on state Route 170 for no lights emitting from the vehicle.
