Municipal LISBON – A Wellsville man who came behind the counter and punched a woman in the face at the East Liverpool Dairy Queen at West Eighth Street was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 suspended recently in Columbiana County Municipal Court. James Wicker, 62, Main Street, was also fined $500, placed on two years of probation and ordered to undergo anger management for the incident that took place on April 30 after Wicker became upset over a food order and had words with the employees.
