Municipal LISBON — Ashley M. Shuman, 43, Alba Avenue, Chester, was fined $400 and sentenced to 140 days in jail with 138 suspended, two years of probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of a drug abuse instrument, and drug paraphernalia recently in Columbiana County Municipal Court.
