East Liverpool — Officers went to a Laura Avenue residence on Dec. 31 to speak with a resident who said a neighbor had entered her apartment without permission and hurt her cat. Officers asked if she had proof of her claim against the neighbor and she told them she had received messages on Facebook Messenger of the neighbor admitting to entering her home without her consent, but she was unable to produce the messages when the officers requested them.
