Court News LISBON — A Lisbon man accused of pushing a corrections officer at the Columbiana County jail last year was sentenced to nine months in prison after pleading guilty to assault, a fifth-degree felony. Donovain M. Casey, 20, Roller Coaster Road, entered the plea in county Common Pleas Court recently. He was charged with pushing the corrections officer while he was an inmate at the county jail on April 23, 2025. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 16 for Sean Zett, 40, Ravenna, charged with grand theft auto, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly stealing a 2024 Ford Raptor under the ruse of identifying himself under a different name and taking the vehicle for a test drive and to his mechanic on Jan. 17 from Tri-State Ford in East Liverpool.
