Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a fourth-degree felony charge of grand theft auto against Natasha Lynn Thomas, 41, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was dismissed at the state’s request, with the court costs taxed to the state. Wellsville —Officers transported a juvenile female on Feb. 10 to stay with her grandmother after filing a report with CPS per the CPS worker’s advice. Police were called to McDonald’s after the juvenile arrived and clung to pole which her mother was trying to pull her off while the juvenile screamed her mother had been trying to suffocate her. An officer who examined the juvenile’s neck saw black marks, but the juvenile said it was a skin condition. White, 62, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, charged with theft for allegedly stealing two items totaling $17 from Hull’s Super Duper, state Route 172, East Rochester on Feb. 6. Devon T. Herring, 31, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $300 and given a suspended 180-day jail term for theft, with a second counts of theft dismissed.
