Court News LISBON — An East Liverpool man accused of having sexual contact with a child, starting when the child was 6 and continuing until the child was 15 years old, was sentenced to 36 months in prison. Shawn M. McKinnon, 31, Minerva Street, appeared for sentencing recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court for gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. St. Clair Township — An officer and K-9 were requested to assist the highway patrol with an open-air sniff on Third Street on Aug. 12. After the K-9 alerted on the seam of the front passenger door of the vehicle, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted during which officers found a meth pipe with residue in a purse on the front passenger seat.
