— Chippewa Township Police Department, Beaver County, Pa., requested at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday that a deputy meet them at a residence on Low Road, Elkrun Township, to recover a stolen vehicle tow dolly from their jurisdiction. They had two local men, Johnathan A. Post, Taylor Road, Middleton Township, and Robert L. Byrd III, Denver Street, East Liverpool, in custody in the Beaver County Jail. The vehicle tow dolly was located on the property and retrieved by Sulli’s Towing from Beaver County, Pa.

— A woman on Brookdale Avenue, Unity Township, reported at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday that her 16-year-old daughter was receiving harassing text messages from an unknown number. She was told to block the numbers.

— A custody issue was reported at 7:23 p.m. Tuesday in Unity Township by a New Springfield woman who said she dropped her 6-year-old child off at the property of the father’s relative on Chain School Road, Unity Township and now the father is claiming he’s going to file for emergency custody.

— Columbiana Police Department requested at 2:06 a.m. Tuesday that a deputy respond to an address on Bye Road, Unity Township. They found a motorcycle belonging to the property owner and wanted contact made with him. He was not home and an attempt was made to call him; however, calls went directly to voicemail and the mailbox was full. A message was left for him with his girlfriend for him to call the Ohio State Highway Patrol since Columbiana police turned the case over to the patrol.

— A deputy responded at 5:06 p.m. Monday to the area of state Route 154 in Elkrun Township for a disturbance and spoke with all parties involved. The one person was trespassed from the property and the callers were told to call if any other issues arise.

— A deputy at 4:26 p.m. Monday returned a call to a person regarding a family member talking about self-harm. The person was advised how to proceed.
