LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Sept. 18 for Michael Murphy, 47, Amarillo Avenue, Negley, charged with failure to comply, resisting arrest, operating a vehicle impaired first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and a turn signal violation for allegedly failing to stop at first when a state trooper attempted a traffic stop in St. Clair Township and then resisting when taken into custody on Sept. 11.

A pretrial was set Dec. 4 for Britania Brown, 44, Haiti Road, Salineville, charged with criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing at the Salineville Laundry Mat in Salineville recently after being told previously to stay off of the property.

A pretrial was set Dec. 2 for Leslie Icenhower-Gleason, 55, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, charged with a housing code violation for allegedly failing to make repairs and clear clutter from the porch of her Avondale Street, East Liverpool property as of Sept. 23, 2024 after being contacted by the city housing department.
