— The following individuals were cited for speeding in August: Wilhelm Hesse, of Chester; Joshua Abel, of Pittsburgh; Dakota Ziser, of Leetonia; Lucas Garcia, of Pittsburgh; Aaron Singleton, of Pittsburgh; Carla Perez, of Newell; Erin Zoller, of Chester; Jesse Rhines, of Georgetown, Pa.; Devin Jaggers, of Woodbridge, Va.; Shannon Williams, of East Liverpool; Tracy Beebout, of East Liverpool; Matthew Rivera, of McKees Rocks, Pa.; Kenneth Matta, of White Oak, Pa.; Daniel Adkins, of Norristown, Pa.; Shane Saling, of East Liverpool; Aiden Lisenmayer, of Minerva; Natalie Skidmore of Corapolis, Pa.; and Tyra Reed of East Liverpool.
— Nickole Sears, of East Liverpool, and Ashley Floss, of Chester, were cited for distracted driving.
— Jon Milner, of Newell, was cited for a red light violation.
— Shanton Whitehill, of Chester, was cited for expired registration and expired operator’s license.
— Jeffrey Mcmillan, of New Cumberland, was cited for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a drug instrument.
— Brandon Mixter, of Imperial, Pa., was cited for possession of a drug instrument.
— Chad Murphy, of New Cumberland, was cited for Driving While License Suspended.
— James Keppel, of Clinton, Pa.; Aiden Flowers, of Chester, and Angel Redman, of Wellsville, were cited for seat belt violations.
— Erin Carlier, of East Liverpool, and Bero Strpsmoder, of Chester, were cited for expired registration.
Sheriff’s Office
— A deputy responded at 8:09 p.m. Sunday to a residence on state Route 45, Madison Township, to conduct a welfare check and made contact with the person’s relatives upon arrival. The deputy checked the residence and did not make contact with the person, telling the relatives to call if they make contact with the person.
— A welfare check was requested at 4:35 p.m. Sunday on Richardson Street, Middleton Township. Deputies made contact with the people upon arrival and were advised everything was okay.
— A suspicious vehicle was reported sitting in the road for a long period of time in the 22000 block of Mayfair Avenue, West Township at 4:03 p.m. Sept. 4. While deputies were en route, the caller advised the vehicle left the area. Deputies checked and didn’t find the vehicle.
— A deputy at 5:20 p.m. Sept. 3 returned a call regarding animals on Egypt Road, Salem Township, advising the caller how to proceed.
— Deputies were dispatched at 10:08 p.m. Sept. 2 to Valley Road, Butler Township, for a man allegedly making suicidal threats. Deputies spoke with the homeowner, who advised no one by the name in question lives there. Dispatch was unable to call the man back.
— A deputy at 8:09 p.m. Sept. 1 conducted a traffic stop at state Route 154 and Darlington Road, arresting Michael A. Delo, 33, on an out of state warrant and transporting him to jail.
— A deputy responded to the area of Chamberlain Street, Middleton Township, for a complaint at 7:13 p.m. Sept. 1 regarding an ATV. The area was checked, with nothing found.
— A juvenile-related incident was reported at 5:37 p.m. Sept. 1 in the area of Foundry Hill Road, Franklin Township. A deputy spoke with the juvenile and her mother and found everything in good order and advised them to be civil.
— An ATV complaint was reported at 12:29 p.m. Aug. 31 in the area of Madison Drive, Madison Township. The people were contacted at their residence and told to stay off the main roadways.
— A suspicious person was reported at 10:25 p.m. Aug. 28 in the area of Y & O Road, Madison Township. A deputy spoke to all the complainants and checked the property, finding everything in good order.
— A theft was reported at 9:21 p.m. Aug. 28 on Kevin Drive, Knox Township.
— A juvenile-related report from County Airport Road, Madison Township was taken at the station, with the complainant advised how to proceed.
— A deputy was dispatched at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday to Whinnery Road at Winona Road, Butler Township, for a camping trailer parked along the edge of the roadway causing a traffic hazard. Due to obstructing the view of the stop sign, having no license plate and the vin tag being peeled off, the camper was towed.
Highway Patrol
— Bonnie Wise, of Bandy Road in Homeworth, was cited at 6:26 p.m. Sept. 3 in Knox Township, after she went off the westbound lane of Georgetown Road, striking a ditch and utility pole.
— Neither Lauren Halter, of Mountz Road in East Rochester, nor William Randolph, of Cincinnati, were cited at 7:12 p.m. Aug. 31, after their vehicles sideswiped on Rochester Road in West Township.
— William Plumm, of Main Street in Wellsville, was cited at 2:08 p.m. Sept. 5 for failure to control in Middleton Township, after he traveled off the westbound lane of state Route 170, striking a guardrail and overturning his vehicle.
— Janice Davis, of Indian Creek, N.C., was cited at 1:54 p.m. Sept. 8 in Hanover Township, after she struck a westbound vehicle driven by Susan Kiewall, of Hanoverton, while pulling from a private driveway on state Route 172.
