— Deputies responded at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday to a business in Fairfield Township for an active alarm. Deputies spoke to a foreman on site who said the alarm had been having issues.
— Deputies responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute on Waterford Road in Unity Township at 11:26 p.m. on Wednesday. Deputies spoke to one neighbor who provided a recorded conversation that she said proved threats were made against her and her family. Deputies determined the conversation was vague. Officers explained in order to proceed with any criminal charges evidence that a crime was committed was needed. Deputies attempted to make contact with the other party but one one answered the door. Protection orders are in place against and by both, but officers determined neither were violated.
— A man on Case Road in Knox Township reported a burglary at his home at 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday. He reported items missing and his dog was locked in a bedroom.
— Deputies responded to the area of Florence Drive in Yellow Creek Township at 3:52 p.m. on Wednesday to a 911 hang-up call. Deputies made contact with the homeowner who advised it was an accidental call.
— Deputies responded at 8:55 p.m. on Tuesday to a report of a loose cow in the roadway on Miller Road in Center Township. Deputies could not loathe any livestock. In the area.
— Deputies conducted a welfare check on a man residing on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township at 12:36 a.m. on Friday at the request of the Minerva Police Department. A woman with their officers made a comment that she was unsure if her husband was alive. Deputies made contact with the man who advised his wife had “fled in the middle night” and took his phone and vehicle. He advised his wife was suffering from mental health issues and needed medical assistance. Deputies passed on the information to Minerva PD who took the women to a local hospital for assistance.
— Deputies returned a call at 6:56 p.m. on Aug. 19 to a resident on state Route 644 in Hanover Township that advised of threats and harassment. Deputies told the resident how to proceed and advised a report would be on file if needed.
— Deputies connected a welfare check at 5:03 p.m. on Aug. 18 at the Lisbon Drug Mart. The subjects had left prior to deputies’ arrival. A report was taken.
— Deputies responded at 1:25 p.m. on July 20 to Applegate Road to a report of an alarm drop. Officers spoke to the homeowner’s daughter who advised she accidentally tripped the alarm.
