Highway Patrol

— Julie Ann Salinas, of Lang Avenue in East Liverpool, was cited at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 20 in Madison Township for a stop sign violation, after failing to yield at a stop sign and striking a motorcycle ridden by Cheyenne Kunder, West Ninth Street in East Liverpool, near township roads 911 and 1005 and ejecting her.

— No citation was noted for a crash at 5:56 a.m. Aug. 21 in Unity Township involving Lisa Fender, of East 15th Street in Salem, and Deseree Stredney, of Niles. Both drivers were southbound on state Route 165, when Stredney slowed to turn left into a private drive with her hazards and was struck by Fender, resulting in her car overturning.

— Deziree Jones, of Sebring, was cited at 10:09 a.m. Aug. 16 in Smith Township, after pulling out of a private driveway on U.S. Route 62 and striking the westbound vehicle belonging to Robert Anderson, Hartley Road of Alliance, causing it to overturn.

— Melissa Jo Kemats, of Black Road in Lisbon, was cited at 1:56 p.m. Aug. 17 in Unity Township for a right of way violation. Chad Richman, of Metz Road in New Waterford, was westbound on Township Road 0844, when Kemats pulled from Township Road 0985 and struck Richman, who went off the road, struck a ditch and overturned.

— Nevaeh Pitts, of state Route 154 in Negley, was cited at 5:02 p.m. Aug. 21 in Fairfield Township, after striking a vehicle driven by Linda Reynolds, of East Lincoln Way in Lisbon, and initially fleeing the scene.

— George Gardner, of Ridge Road in Minerva, was cited at 6:25 a.m. Aug. 22 in Knox Township for failure to obey a traffic control device, after pulling from a stop sign on Walker Road and striking a vehicle driven by Landon Bottomley, of East Lincoln Way in Minerva, on U.S. Route 30.
