— Duane Arthur Helman, 56, and Nicole Odie, 44, both state Route 558, Salem, were taken into custody after deputies were dispatched at 9:03 p.m. Saturday to state Route 558 in Salem Township for a domestic incident between two live-in partners. Helman was charged with domestic violence and Odie was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

— Deputies were dispatched at 10:39 p.m. Friday to Steubenville Pike Road, Wayne Township, for a domestic incident. A refusal was signed.

— Deputies were advised at 6:15 p.m. Friday about a dumping complaint of four tires on Oakridge Road, Yellow Creek Township.

— Deputies responded at 10:21 p.m. Thursday to West School Street in West Township for a male to be removed. Contact was made with the female resident who said the male had already left before deputies arrived.

— At 8:33 p.m. Sept. 16, deputies were sent to Next Level Martial Arts, Alliance in the 22000 block of U.S. Route 62, Knox Township, regarding illegal dumping.

Salem Township

— Several reports were made Sunday regarding an abandoned motorcycle on Jersey Ridge Road. There was no license plate on the motorcycle and several attempts to locate the owner was made. The registration stated that the owner was from Alliance and Alliance police were contacted but had no information on the owner. The motorcycle was towed by Sinsley Towing.

— A caller reported at 8:10 a.m. Saturday he leases over 100 acres on Yates Road and several neighbors in the area have been letting their dogs run at large on his property, causing problems for the upcoming hunting season.
