St. Clair Township

— An officer was dispatched to Burger King on state Route 170 on Nov. 21 at 7:38 p.m. for a private property crash.

— An officer conducted a traffic stop on Lisbon Street on Nov. 21 at 9:39 p.m. for a vehicle that went left of center. During the stop, the officer detected an odor of marijuana and asked the driver, Courtney Gardner, 34, address not provided, about it. Gardner said she had marijuana in her purse. The marijuana along with paraphernalia was seized and Gardner was issued a citation for left of center violation and possession of marijuana.

— An officer responded on Nov. 22 at 11:40 a.m. to the 16000 block of Church Street for a domestic incident. Officers observed visible injuries to the female who said she wanted to file charges. She was advised on how to get a temporary protection order. Michael R. Defelice II, 24, address not provided, was arrested, charged with domestic violence and transported to the Columbiana County Jail.

— An officer conducting random plate checks in the area of St. Clair Avenue and state Route 170 ran a plate at 2:07 a.m., which came back to show the registered owner of the vehicle to have an active warrant. The officer conducted a traffic stop and confirmed the driver, Rachelle Greathouse, 34, address not provided, as the registered owner of the vehicle and advised her of the warrant. Greathouse was taken into custody.

— An officer was dispatched to Walmart on Nov. 22 at 9:06 p.m. for a female shoplifter identified as Cara-Lee Blystone, 32, address not provided, who was observed selecting items from different areas of the store and bypass the checkouts with six items totaling $114.03. Blystone was charged with possession of criminal tools and released with a court date.

— Officers responded to a traffic crash at the intersection of Dresden Avenue and state Route 170 on Nov. 22 at 10:52 a.m.

— An officer was dispatched on Nov. 24 at 6:56 a.m. to a disabled vehicle at the intersection of Dresden Avenue and Westfield Road. The officer arrived to find a handwritten note on the driver’s window saying the car had stalled out, would not start and the owner would return later to move the vehicle. The officer had Calcutta Towing tow the vehicle since it was partially in the roadway and within 30 feet of a stop sign.

— A female spoke with an officer by phone on Nov. 24 at 9:42 p.m. about someone following her in Walmart. She said she did not know the person and wanted to make a report and that she spoke with Walmart personnel to make them aware.

— An officer responded to a private property crash at Tri-state Lanes on Nov. 25 at 10:05 a.m. The driver, who struck a pole, told the officer she was not able to see it due to the sun.
