LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set June 5 for Roger Kermit Higginbotham, 52, state Route 154, Lisbon, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly answering an undercover ad on a known prostitution website for two females, arranging to have sexual activity with them in exchange for $220 and traveling to East Palestine on March 9 for the meeting.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Christopher Lee, 35, Warren, charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly requesting sexual conduct from an undercover agent in exchange for $80 and driving to Salem for the meeting on March 16 with his cell phone.

A pretrial was set March 23 for Erik Taylor, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to beat a woman during a domestic disturbance on March 16 in East Liverpool. He was ordered to have no contact with the woman.

A pretrial was set March 30 for Margret Delguzzo, 30, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving a man and slamming his head on the wall during a domestic disturbance on March 16 in East Liverpool. She was ordered to have no contact with the man.

A pretrial was set March 27 for Nicholas Weyand, 34, Dewey Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with resisting arrest for allegedly pulling away and fleeing on foot during a warrant arrest Feb. 1 in East Liverpool.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Kiresten Lyn Bailey, 20, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of theft. She was ordered to have no contact with Walmarts in Columbiana County. Bailey allegedly used a Kool Aid pack worth 30 cents to scan 21 items totaling $157 at the Calcutta Walmart on Feb. 16 and allegedly failed to scan and pay for five items totaling $77 at the Calcutta Walmart on March 16.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Bridget Florea, 37, Kennedy Drive, Salem, charged with telecommunications harassment for allegedly sending numerous text messages to the female victim beginning Nov. 19, 2022 after knowing of a no contact order in place and after the victim told her to stop. She was ordered by the court to have no contact with the victim.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Steven McComas, 52, Grant Street, East Liverpool, charged with theft for allegedly stealing cash and six packs of cigarettes from the Hide Away Bar & Drive Thru in East Liverpool on March 16. He was ordered to stay away from the bar and drive thru.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Ishmaaily Kitchen, 34, Youngstown, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, driving under suspension, possessing marijuana and improper/expired license.

A pretrial was set May 30 for Matthew Hormel, 40, East Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with driving under suspension and failure to display valid sticker.

Dustin Whaley, 27, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $300 for driving under suspension and possessing marijuana.

Michael Harrington, 32, Boring Lane, East Liverpool, was fined $235 for driving under suspension, speeding and failure to display valid sticker.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Ashley Wright, 37, East Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with right of way violation.

Michelle Lynn Hall, 46, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set May 15 for Carol Jackson, 57, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, charged with driving under suspension and two lights displayed.

A pretrial was set May 23 for Staci Shaw, 36, Riley Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with license suspension, non compliance and expired registration.

A pretrial was set June 1 for Patrick J. Moore, 60, Cleveland, charged with speeding.

Robert Soules, 70, Country Club Drive, Salem, was fined $100 for failure to control.
