James E. Neville Jr.

James E. Neville Jr., 60, of East Liverpool, passed away Tuesday June 17, 2025, due to a cerebrovascular injury. He was born on Aug. 7, 1964, in East Liverpool, the son of the late James and Pearl (Owens) Neville Sr. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James Neville III.

James retired from Homer Laughlin. He loved his family and the outdoors especially the river. He enjoyed drinking Bush beer and riding his tractor thru East End.

He is survived by his companion of 37 years, Nicole Feciuch of East Liverpool; two daughters, Raeanne (Shawn) Milner of Rogers and Jamie Neville (Curtis Holland), of East Liverpool; seven grandchildren, Lexi, Emily, Ashton, Elle, Jazzy, Ryker and Curtis James; one great-grandchild on the way. He is also survived by a brother, Billy (Kelly) Nevill; and two sisters, Brenda (Jim) Mason and Chris Wilson.

Private services were held by the family. Nixon Funeral Home was in charge of services.
