LISBON — A man accused of creating a risk that resulted in serious physical harm to a toddler was served Tuesday with a secret indictment for endangering children.

Jonathan Joshua Nation, 34, East Eighth Street, East Liverpool, was indicted by the Columbiana County Grand Jury in 2021 for the third-degree felony charge of endangering children for an incident that allegedly occurred March 17, 2020 involving a child a little more than a month shy of 2 years old.

Also served with a secret indictment was John H. Quinn, 60, whose last known address was Salem Unity Road, Salem, charged with first-degree felonies of failure to verify address and failure to provide notice of change of address, both related to Quinn allegedly failing to report his address on May 9, 2022 as required of a convicted sex offender.
