LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Gage Gough, 28, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the county grand jury on a fourth-degree felony charge of burglary for allegedly forcefully entering an East Liverpool residence on Oct. 28, 2022 and stealing a safe which contained money, two loaded handguns and personal papers. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim or his residence.

Gough was also fined $400 and sentenced to 14 days in jail, with credit for 14 days already served, for theft and possessing criminal tools related to an incident at Calcutta Walmart on Oct. 19, 2022 when he walked out of the lawn and garden area without paying for items.

A pretrial was set Jan. 30 for Brittany Eversole, 26, Olive Street, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly punching a male relative in the nose on Jan. 13 on state Route 45, Salem Township.

A pretrial was set April 10 for Cody Heasley, 26, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools for allegedly answering an undercover ad for sexual activity with two adult females in exchange for $180 and arriving in East Palestine on Jan. 11 for the meeting.

Earl Thorne, 27, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 176 days suspended and credit for four days served, for domestic violence. He was permitted to buy out 40 hours community service. Thorne was accused of trying to harm a woman on July 28 in Wellsville, pushing and shoving her and grabbing her around the arm, leaving bruising.

Susan Richards, 62, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $250 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for theft for failing to scan and pay for $112 worth of items at the Calcutta Walmart on Dec. 15, 2022.

A pretrial was set April 11 for Lisa Ratliff, 39, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, OVI refusal with a prior within 20 years, driving under suspension, left of center, improper/expired registration and no seat belt.

Donna Partlow, 62, Boardman, was fined $1,025 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 173 days suspended and credit for seven days served, for OVI, two lights displayed, and possession of drug paraphernalia for possessing a crack pipe on Oct. 22, 2022 during a traffic stop in Columbiana. She was also ordered to complete 20 hours community service and her driver’s license was suspended for a year.

A pretrial was set April 10 for Daniel Wallace, 27, New Castle, Pa., charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath first offense and speeding.

Ted Ingledue, 53, South Egypt Road, Salem, was fined $1,100 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for OVI first offense, failure to control and no seat belt. His driver’s license was suspended for a year, with driving privileges granted, and he was ordered to complete 40 hours community service.

Anthony Ruben Diaz-Sauceda, 24, Canton, was fined $725 and sentenced to five days in jail for OVI, failure to control, driving under suspension and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. His driver’s license was suspended for a year.

A pretrial was set April 6 for Kathy-Jo Tuder, 41, Sunnyside Street, East Liverpool, charged with speeding.

Robert Bowyer, 54, Moore Road, East Liverpool, was fined $25 for unsafe vehicle, amended from failure to signal before turning/stopping.

Andrea Lynn Arkwright, 45, West South Range Road, Salem, was fined $150 for speeding.

Michael Smith, 40, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $380 for driving under suspension, failure to control and no seat belt.

A probable cause hearing for an alleged probation violation was set April 10 for Matthew Zackasee, 30, Poland, for charges of possession of a schedule 4 substance, reckless operation and marked lanes.

A pretrial was set April 4 for Jonathan Pullie, 47, Center Street, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct-intoxication for an alleged incident at Walmart in St. Clair Township on Jan. 17 when he was running up and down the aisles in the parking lot, dancing and acting strange, then wasn’t following directions of officers.

A pretrial was set April 10 for William Cunning, 45, Spruce Street, Columbiana, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine during a traffic stop in Columbiana on Jan. 6.

Robert Barrett, 38, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $430 and sentenced to seven days in jail, with credit for seven days served, for obstructing official business, driving under suspension, unauthorized plate, no seat belt and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for possessing smoking devices and attempting to remove the vehicle’s registration during a traffic stop on Jan. 16 in Lisbon. A fugitive from justice charge against him for an alleged warrant out of West Virginia was dismissed.

Abigail Antonini, 22, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $150 for an equipment violation, amended from speeding.

Tyler Coulter, 18, Brookfield, was fined $150 for an equipment violation, amended from speeding.

A pretrial was set April 13 for Katelyn Bailey, 21, Salineville Road, Salineville, charged with a stop sign violation.

Brittany McCullough Teis, 30, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and given a suspended 30-day jail term for driving under suspension. She was ordered to complete 10 hours community service.

Tyler Tataseo, 22, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for 30 days served, for driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set April 11 for Donald E. White II, 38, state Route 164, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

Lisa Clark, 63, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for lighted lights, amended from marked lanes.
