Corbin Detwiler,40, Walnut Street, Rogers, was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 suspended, three credited), fined $1,075, placed on two years probation, had his license suspended for one year, ordered to complete 40 hours community service and alcohol abuse evaluation and had his probation dishonorably terminated for failure to reinstate and assured clear distance ahead..
Michael J. Glodde, 56, Canton, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.
Matthew Scott Masters, 30, Price Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
Samantha A. Adams, 38, Ohio Avenue; was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from assured clear distance ahead.
Robby Harper, 36, Mercer, Pa., was sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $800, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 40 hours community service and an online anti-prostitution course for possession of criminal tools and a second count of possession of criminal tools amended from engaging in prostitution.
Brandon Gauge Rawson, 22, West Woodland Avenue; $350 for failure to control and driving under suspension.
Herbert J. Jones III, Midland, Pa., was sentenced to 15 days in jail (six credited) and fined $150 for possession of a drug abuse instrument.
Leonard Bruce Coursin, 71, Henry Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for criminal trespass.
A preliminary hearing was set Oct. 27 for Matthew Withers, 34, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly being found in possession of a credit card reported stolen from Leetonia Oct. 20.
A probation violation hearing was set Jan. 3 for Timothy W. Homan, 55, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly fleeing police after being observed stumbling along the roadway June 22 in Lisbon. Homan was fined $250 and sentenced to 15 days in jail (seven credited) in a separate case for domestic violence.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for Charles P. McQuillan, 63, West Woodland Avenue, Columbiana, charged with public indecency and three counts of aggravated menacing for allegedly exposing himself and urinating while walking along North Main Street, Columbiana, Oct. 12.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for Kasey J. Blackburn, 31, Canal St., East Rochester, charged with two counts of a protection order violation, a temporary protection order violation, aggravated menacing and domestic violence for allegedly contacting via phone Oct. 19 a member of his family who has a protection order against him.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for Austin R. LeMasters, Jefferson Street, Salineville, charged with using a weapon under a disability, a third-degree felony, for allegedly firing a handgun into the air Oct. 4 while being on parole for a violent crime conviction. He was fined $150 for driving under suspension in a separate incident.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for James Carl May, 52, Warren, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for allegedly responding to Salem Oct. 20 in response to an ad posted by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent, agreeing to pay $140 for sex with an adult female.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for Jakob Allen Graffius, 21, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly responding to the victim’s parent’s home in Hanoverton threatening to cause physical harm to the victim.
A pretrial was set Oct. 27 for Michael J. Wertz, 25, Plymouth Place, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly responding to the victim’s parent’s home in Hanoverton threatening to cause physical harm to the victim.

A pretrial was set Dec. 8 for Sheila O. McGrath, 41, Union Avenue, Columbiana, charged with a protection order violation for allegedly sending the victim text messages June 12.
A pretrial was set Dec. 13 for James E. Mollenkopf, 74, South Avenue, North Lima, charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools for allegedly traveling to Salem Oct. 5 after agreeing to pay $140 for sexual acts with an adult female in response to an ad posted on website by a Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force agent.
