Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool woman is facing potential charges in Columbiana County Municipal Court for an alleged attack on a minor. A pretrial was set May 20 for Miranda Hull, 25, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence, endangering children, and aggravated menacing. Columbiana man appeals sentence in baseball bat attack

LISBON — A former Columbiana man sentenced to at least 39 years in prison for attempting to kill a woman with a baseball bat and then setting her home on fire filed an appeal Friday.
