County treasurer extends second-half property tax deadline, launches online payment system

LISBON — Columbiana County property owners won’t have to pay their 2026 second-half real estate taxes until Aug. 21 after the July 29 due date was extended following approval by the Ohio Tax Commissioner. Columbiana County Treasurer Bryan Blakeman announced the extension Tuesday in a press release. LEETONIA – The Friends of the Greenway Trail invite outdoor enthusiasts of all ages to the annual Greenway Trail Day on July 11 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To keep trail-goers fueled, water stops featuring refreshments and light snacks will be stationed at the Lisbon, Teegarden Covered Bridge, Franklin Square and Leetonia parking lot areas along the route.
