LIVERPOOL TOWNSHIP — The Liverpool Township Board of Trustees and Road Supervisor Chris Bosworth are requiring all vehicles to be parked off the road for the streets including in this year’s chip and seal program. Driver ID'd in pedestrian fatal in Perry Township

SALEM — The driver involved in a fatal vehicle/pedestrian crash near the Salem Golf Club on state Route 45 on June 18 has been identified as Gage M. Palmer, 23, Steubenville, according to the recently issued Ohio State Highway Patrol report. Palmer was northbound on state Route 45 at 6:17 p.m. when his Oldsmobile 88 traveled off of the right side of the roadway, struck the pedestrian, then drove back onto the roadway to the right and struck a culvert.
