Negley man faces manslaughter charge in toddler's death

LISBON — A 20-year-old Negley man is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children that date back to December 2024 for allegedly causing the death of a 2-year-old child. Seth T. Hildebrand, Southern Street, was served Saturday in Negley with the secret indictment issued last week by the Columbiana County Grand Jury. The involuntary manslaughter is a first-degree felony while the endangering children charge is a third-degree felony. NEGLEY (WKBN) — Columbiana County is on the list of locations for special deer-hunting opportunities on nature preserves. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Natural Areas and Preserves is holding special deer hunts at state nature preserves and state scenic river lands across Ohio during the 2026-2027 hunting season.
