Tops 1341 meeting Tops 1341 met at the Glenmoor Presbyterian Church on Monday, Oct. 12, with Mary Gailey, facilitator, presiding. Marlene Reynolds was the best loser and Dorothy Garn was the runner up. They chose potato chips and bread as the junk foods for the week. The drawing winners were: 50/50, weight loss and junk food, Garn; and food chart, Gailey. Reynolds lost three weeks in a row and was in the best losers book. Washingtonville man accused of recording under women's skirts has case bound over to grand jury

LISBON — A Washingtonville man accused of strategically placing his cell phone on a shelf to video record under women’s skirts while he was working at the Family Dollar in Leetonia had his case bound over to the Columbiana County Grand Jury. LISBON — The Columbiana County land bank received the go-ahead Wednesday from county commissioners to apply for next year’s round of building demolition and site revitalization dollars. “This time it’s competitive,” land bank Executive Director Bobby Ritchey said.
